I called and made an appointment to have my Mule Pro FX serviced, pretty darn easy. They picked it up, did the service and returned it to me as promised. Great service people as well as the gentlemen who dropped it off and picked it up. When my trike was suffering starting problems last fall, I called Rod's service department. They picked up the trike, diagnosed the problems and worked on making her perfect. Mark from Service always kept me up to date on repairs. I have been a customer of Rod's since before it was Rod's (Steiger Kawaski) and always have had positive results.
