I called regarding a part I needed and to check on an accessory I previously ordered. Neal was very happy to help. He and other parts department staff went above and beyond to look for the part (which was in the store, according to the computer). The large accessory is on order and the other part I needed is there for me to pick up when I go to the store next. The entire staff of Rods is very friendly and helpful. Purchased a new mule from rods powersports lacrosse store, unfortunately it had a problem and after a few weeks back in the shop I was told the problem wasn't fixable. Not accepting that answer I talk to rod himself. Now I was impressed, rod made it right and solved the problem. If you're looking to buy any motersport products thjs is the only place to go. I personally will not go anywhere else
